I..DISLIKE..WEDNESDAY THE MOST AH!!
hafta bring..so many things..laptop..shoebag..and holdin 2 books..wa lao..
and so..today sch was alrite..got back 3 results..
and so...i got..happy with my results..
and..canoe training was tough..becoz..normally right..push ups 100 as warm up..today.. 200 la!!
wa lao..i do till 40-50+ wide de cannot tahan liao..and..
at the end of the training..we got extra 100 becoz..some ppl said..im from canoe sprint..im from canoe polo..the differences you see..by rite we are 1..canoe club..no sprint club no polo club..
so grats 100 push ups..
next..2 seniors were caught smoking..so yay..we got another 100 push ups..
in all..200 by 200..can die la..dam tiring..pull ups..need to do 45..i do 15 ( with assist ) go hide liao..
wa lao..i cannot do standard wide pull up..normal 1 now also cannot liao
dam pek chek..
~tml goin gym with terence..shiok ah..time to go to my limit..
and..
in sch..!! i'v been saving!! although i dont get a fixed allowance ahaha..
mon and tue spend $0.95 respectively..yay..went to 4 leaves to buy the corrosiant..AH!! corrosont.. dont know how to spell!!
wed today!! bought 2 corrosont ( DUNNO HOW TO SPELL AH ) ..1 during lunch..1 b4 canoe training..and 1 500ml nutrisoy for protein!!! $1..
total!! 3 days...round up ah..$5!!!!

and i cant wait for the movie and sakae..!!!
alden has been so far organising mostof it..so..all..pls appreciate..not ez to plan outings you noe..

so..its..!! 2 As!!! coz A is 85 above..dam lucky la..and common test and mid yr dam lots of diff..so ya..score now during yr 1 easier ba i hope..
and...!!! EGG WHITE GT LOTS OF PROTEIN..but i dont eat egg..sian..
i wannado standard pull ups ah!! like dam nice lor..body straight..power sia..
and..
friends are such a great blessing..those i hang out with especially..
in poly and sec sch..see..no 1 is missed out wahaha..
